Jon E. Love
Managing Partner

Jon Love is the founder and Managing Partner of KingSett Capital, Canada’s leading private equity real estate business co-investing with institutional and high net worth clients. Jon was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Properties Group. Jon became President of Oxford in 1989 and was CEO from 1992 until November 2001, when Oxford was sold to OMERS in a $4 billion transaction. From Oxford's public IPO in 1995, to its sale in 2001, Oxford completed over $6 billion of acquisitions with its partners, grew its managed property portfolio to over 60 million square feet and created nearly $1 billion of shareholder value.
Jon is a member of YPO (Alumni), WPO, CEO and serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives. He holds an Honors Business Degree from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and is an active member of Ivey's Advisory Board.
David Middleton

David Middleton is Partner and Chief Financial Officer with overall responsibility for KingSett's financial and reporting platforms as well as the KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund. David works with the Executive Team on KingSett's strategic direction and financial plan.
David was formerly CFO at Genuity Capital Markets and at Mulvihill Capital Management where he held overall responsibility for financial and capital planning, corporate governance, information technology, human resources, regulatory compliance and providing comprehensive tax strategies. He was CFO for 16 publicly traded closed-end funds which raised over $2B and is familiar with the demands of investor relations and reporting.
David holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons) from the University of Waterloo and has his CA designation. He is a CFA Charterholder and has his CPA (Illinois).
Jim Hewitt

Jim is the Partner responsible for the operations, execution and value optimization of KingSett's portfolio. Jim's tenure with KingSett began in 2004 as Vice President responsible for leasing, property management, services and capital programs.
Jim was formerly Vice President of Oxford Properties Group, having completed the last 2 years of his 9 year tenure working in Edmonton, managing a large office and retail portfolio. Prior to this, Jim was responsible for the management of a key Downtown Toronto portfolio including Royal Bank Plaza, One Financial Place and WaterPark Place. Jim also brings to KingSett an additional 9 years of sales, real estate brokerage, and construction experience in Canada and the United States.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto.
Joe Mazzocco

At KingSett, Joe is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate opportunities across Canada.
Joe joined KingSett after 11 successful years in the real estate industry, including investment banking, appraisal and information services. As a member of CIBC World Markets' Real Estate Investment Banking group for 6 years, Joe was responsible for the due diligence and underwriting of billions of dollars of real estate in all asset classes throughout North America and was involved in all aspects of real estate investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, advisory and property brokerage.
Joe received an honours degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Real Property Development, from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Rob Kumer

At KingSett, Rob is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate opportunities across Canada.
Rob has held various positions at some of Canada's leading commercial real estate companies such as RioCan and Centrefund where he gained a broad range of experience including, real estate investment and leasing brokerage, green-field development, underwriting and due diligence.
Rob holds a degree in Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, located in London, Ontario.
Anna Kennedy

Anna is the Partner responsible for financial and tax reporting, information management and general administration. Anna works closely with third-party property managers to ensure timely and effective financial information for disclosure to investors, co-owners, lenders and regulatory authorities. Anna and her team also support the financial due diligence for acquisitions and sales.
Anna was most recently the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Canadian Diabetes Association. Prior to this Anna enjoyed a twenty-five year career at Oxford Properties Group where she was the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer directing corporate accounting and finance practices and information technology solutions through teams specializing in corporate reporting, compliance, finance, tax, treasury, and a full-service information technology group.
Before working at Oxford, Anna worked with the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Chartered Accountant designation. She is a member of the Financial Executives Institute (FEI), The Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (Toronto CREW) Organization and has served on several boards.

Since the year 2000, Colin has gained a broad range of industry experience including Investment Banking, Real Estate Brokerage and Advisory Services. Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Colin was Vice President within BMO Capital Markets Real Estate Group, where his role included real estate brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and valuation in all asset classes throughout North America.
Colin is a graduate of the University of Victoria, BC with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and has been a licensed real estate sales representative in Ontario.
Charles Blue

Charles is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the financing of the real estate portfolio.
Charles has held senior positions at 2 domestic banks, CIBC and BMO Capital Corporation, and 2 international banks, ING and Societe Generale. Charles joined KingSett from ING where he was a Vice President and Treasurer, managing the Canadian real estate debt portfolio. From 2005 until 2008, Charles was a Director and Head of Real Estate Finance for Societe Generale Corporate Investment Banking in Canada. He has experience in providing financing and advisory services on a broad range of projects throughout North America, including high-rise condominiums, industrial and retail developments, hotels, resorts, land and low-rise residential subdivisions.
Charles is a CFA Charterholder, and has received a degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Yves Cloutier

Yves Cloutier is part of the Investment team at KingSett Capital. Based in Montreal, his efforts are concentrated mostly on the Quebec market.
Since 1985, Yves has been active in the areas of real estate lending at Mercantile and National Bank, commercial real estate brokerage at Edgecombe, asset management at Koral, Oxford and Summit REIT and, since 2005, investment sourcing and structuring with Summit REIT, ING Real Estate and now KingSett Capital.
Yves holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Laval University and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University.
Matthew Johnson

Matthew joined KingSett Capital in 2010 after spending 6 years with Summit REIT and ING Real Estate Canada where he was Director of Investments primarily responsible for acquisitions and disposition. Previous to this he spent 6 years building and developing residential properties in Waterloo Region. Matthew’s career has allowed him to gain extensive experience in the industrial, retail and residential real estate markets as he sourced new opportunities, negotiated agreements and conducted due diligence. As well, Matthew has experience in both Greenfield and infill development of industrial and residential projects.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario and a Master of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo.
Adrienne MacCharles

Adrienne provides underwriting and financial support to KingSett's acquisitions team. Adrienne was formerly a Consultant with Altus Group Limited, a real estate advisory firm and was responsible for a wide range of valuation and consulting assignments with a focus on retail properties.
Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Huron University College. Subsequently she graduated from the Real Property Administration program at Seneca College and also holds a Real Property Assessment certificate from the Sauder School of Business.
Hanif Sachedina

Hanif joined KingSett from Credit Suisse's Real Estate securitization group, where he was involved in the due diligence, finance, and securitization of over $200 million in real estate.
Prior to Credit Suisse, Hanif was with Western Capital Partners LLC, a Denver based, real estate bridge & mezzanine fund. Additionally, Hanif also spent over three years as a board member of a publicly traded gold exploration company, where he was involved in strategic property acquisitions.
Hanif holds a degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Scott is responsible for execution of KingSett's mortgage and mezzanine lending initiatives.
Scott was formerly Vice President, Mortgage Lending for a private Vancouver-based commercial mortgage lender specializing in mezzanine debt transactions. Prior to this, he expanded his real estate finance expertise in progressive positions with recognized Canadian financial institutions: The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Scotiabank, Sun Life Financial and MCAP Financial, a CDP Capital company. He brings to KingSett 20 years of experience in the areas of senior and mezzanine mortgage lending, including interim land development and construction financing; whole loan sales; securitization; and corporate finance.
Scott is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
Ernest Licursi

Ernest is responsible for mortgage loan origination.
Ernest was formerly the Vice President of Mortgage Investments for Maple Mortgage Trust Advisors, where he lead the growth of the construction and term mortgage portfolio to $1 Billion. Prior to this, Ernest developed his financial proficiency in successive positions with recognized Canadian financial institutions including The Toronto-Dominion Bank, First City Trust and MCAP Financial. He has also owned a property management and a mortgage brokerage company specializing in conventional and mezzanine transactions. Ernest brings more than 20 years of real estate lending experience to the KingSett team.
Ernest holds an Honours Commerce Degree from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario.
Yafit Shimoni

Yafit Shimoni is the Loan Underwriter of the mortgage investment team and has been with KingSett Capital since 2004.
Yafit provides loan servicing and underwriting support to the mortgage investment team.
Her previous experience in the Israeli Defense Force and her work at Check Point software technologies as a European Region Administrator has given her outstanding organizational skills and a strong sense of corporate responsibility.
Yafit has a Business Administration degree from The Toronto School of Business and is currently pursuing a Business Management degree at Ryerson University.

Bill is responsible for executing value creation strategies across KingSett's Real Estate Portfolio.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Bill advanced for eight years through Oxford Properties Group, concluding his property management career as General Manager, responsible for Royal Bank Plaza. Prior to working for Oxford, Bill spent four years working for Fieldgate Development where he was responsible for residential/industrial management and design build projects.
He is also serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Krek Slovenian Credit Union.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University.
Paul Vander Schaaf

Paul is responsible for the operations, execution and value optimization across KingSett’s Real Estate portfolio, primarily on the recently purchased ING portfolio.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Paul spent four years at ING Real Estate Canada, most recently as Vice President, Asset Management with national responsibility for ING’s Industrial portfolio. Prior to working for ING Real Estate Canada, Paul spent almost four years working for CB Richard Ellis in their Global Corporate Services group.
Paul holds a degree in Geography from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Planning degree from Queens University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
George Geracimo

George Geracimo is responsible for executing value creation strategies primarily for KingSett's recently acquired industrial portfolio in Quebec and the Maritimes.
Since 1984, George has held the position of Vice President of Leasing with both Trizec Properties and Oxford Properties and then as Executive Vice President & COO of Magil Laurentian. From 2003 until joining KingSett, George was the principal in Geracimo & Associates, a Montreal-based real estate advisory specializing in asset management. George is a chartered real estate broker in the province of Quebec.
George holds a Bachelor Degree in History and Philosophy from Université de Montréal – Loyola College.
Christian Taylor

Christian is responsible for executing value creation strategies where KingSett's investments are best enhanced through their development opportunities.
Christian was formerly Development Director of Talisker Corporation, a private real estate development and investment company operating in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. In that position, Christian spent six years overseeing all aspects of the development and construction process for greenfield and redevelopment sites in the Greater Toronto Area and the United Kingdom. Previously, Christian spent four years at PenEquity as Planning Manager. He was responsible for the planning and development of large destination urban entertainment centers in the Greater Toronto Area.
Christian holds an honors degree in Geography (Urban Development Program) from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science in Planning, specializing in Urban Planning & Development and Economic Planning & Policy, from the University of Toronto.
Frank Pal

Frank is responsible for executing leasing, capital improvements and other value creation strategies across KingSett's Ontario Real Estate Portfolio.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Frank spent 20 years in real estate with increasing responsibility in operation, property management, leasing and development. Over the past 5 years, Frank’s responsibilities included oversight and execution of all Property Management, Operations and Leasing, as well as Construction and Development, for Woodcliff Landmark Properties. As Vice President of Property Management, he was responsible for their portfolio of commercial heritage properties across Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal. Frank has also worked in the Property Management and Operations discipline of the commercial real estate industry with ownership groups such as Bentall, Kolter and Northam Realty.
Frank holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Management Institute of Canada (BOMI).
Marie Tatarka

Marie provides real estate and analytical support to KingSett’s portfolio management team. Marie joined KingSett in 2012 after 4 years with CIBC’s Corporate Real Estate department acting as Relationship Manager for the Bank’s internal clients, managing the day-to-day operational needs and providing strategic direction for 1.5 million square feet of leased office space.
Prior to working at CIBC, Marie was the Research Manager for CBRE’s Inland Empire office in California, USA leading the research team in support of broker initiatives, business development, creation of a historical database and quarterly market reports. Additional work experience includes acting as National Senior Analyst for CBRE in the Downtown Toronto office.
Marie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, specializing in real estate finance and urban land economics.

My Lam is the Controller responsible for maintaining the integrity of the accounting information including coordinating and monitoring financial reporting from our third party property managers.
My was formerly Manager of Accounting at Oxford Properties Group. My led a team of professional accountants responsible for the issuance of financial statements, budgets, quarterly reforecasts, cash monitoring and distributions for numerous owned, co-owned and managed properties throughout Canada. Her portfolio comprised of 4 million square feet of high quality office, retail and commercial space in downtown Toronto.
My obtained her Certified General Accounting designation in 1993 and continues to actively participate in CGA professional development programs.
Kamran Abbasi

Kamran Abbasi is the Controller for the Niagara Portfolio responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, debt reporting and development accounting.
Kamran was formerly the Property Accounting Controller at ING Real Estate Canada where he led a large team responsible for property accounting, development accounting, budgets, covenant review, procurement and cash management for a portfolio of over 33 million square feet.
Kamran graduated from the London School of Accounting (UK) and is currently pursuing the CMA (UK) designation.
Robert Stevens

Robert is the Director of Finance & Administration responsible to the financial reporting of our third fund. Robert will take a lead role in all tax reporting and in the cash management process.
Rob was formerly the Controller for Venterra Realty where he led a large team having the responsibility for property accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, distribution and tax preparation for 38 co-owned properties comprising 12,000 residential units. Prior to this, Rob held a Controller position with a transportation/logistics company. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph; is a Chartered Accountant and is currently pursuing a MBA from Laurentian University.
Jennifer Manbahal

Jennifer is the Manager of Finance responsible for the financial reporting of our Income Fund including the Fund's communications with investors and cash management process.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Jennifer was a Manager in the Real Estate audit practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP and managed audit engagements for Canadian and U.S reporting issuers. Her responsibilities included the identification and evaluation of risk, internal and external reporting, as well as overall project management.
Jennifer received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo in 2006 and earned her Chartered Accountant designation in 2008.
Aviel Koganov

Aviel is the Manager of Finance responsible for our investment in the Niagara Industrial Portfolio including financial reporting, budgeting & analysis, and the cash and debt management process.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Aviel was a Senior in the Real Estate assurance and advisory practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he lead engagements of large public companies. His responsibilities included analysis & evaluation of complex corporate transactions, financial reporting and policy advisory, and engagement/team management. Aviel holds an Honours International Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2010.
Stephan Deziel

Stephan is the Manager of Information Technology responsible for applications development and project management, bringing over 15 years of experience in information technology.
Stephan was formerly the Manager, IT Applications at the Canadian Diabetes Association, where he led a team of developers in charge of building and maintaining the Association’s customer relationship management application and online presence. Prior to this, Stephan spent 9 years as a software consultant helping organizations with their CRM initiatives.
Kandiah Aravinthan

Kandiah is responsible for the review and analysis of the financial reports for the Niagara Industrial Portfolio from our third party property managers. He is also responsible for the consolidated budget process for the Niagara portfolio.
Kandiah was formerly in the position of Manger of Property Accounting at ING Real Estate, where he led a team of five Property Accountants to provide property accounting for a large portfolio of properties across Canada. At ING Real Estate Kandiah led a team to design and implement a new and efficient reporting procedure for the company. Kandiah played a major role in creating a new Budget/Forecasting system for ING Real Estate. Prior to this, Kandiah held the position of Senior Accountant with Canada Life's Real Estate division, Adason Properties Limited, where he was closely associated with the team that was responsible for the setup of AVISTA Real Estate Investment Trust. Later Kandiah was also involved when AVISTA REIT was merged with Summit REIT, and the properties were integrated into the Summit REIT portfolio.
Kandiah brings more than 15 years of Property Accounting experience to KingSett team. Kandiah joined KingSett Capital in November 2010.
Nabeel Jawed

Nabeel is responsible for analyzing, budgeting and reporting financial statements for the Niagara Industrial Portfolio.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Nabeel was Manager, Property Accounting with ING for 6 years where he held responsibility of Property Accounting, Development Accounting and National Programs. Nabeel was also responsible for a team of five professional accountants coordinating all of the property accounting and development accounting activities for over 18 million square feet of industrial, office, retail and development space.
Nabeel holds MBA from Southeastern University Washington D.C and has his CGA designation.
Carolyn Miller

Carolyn is a Manager of Corporate Accounting responsible for corporate financial reporting and works with the third party managers relating to funding requirements.
Prior to joining Kingsett Capital, Carolyn worked as an Accounting Manager with ING Real Estate Canada managing the Accounts Payable team, Banking and Property Accounting. Carolyn also worked as a Corporate Accountant with Shred-it.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University with a major in accounting and is currently enrolled the Certified Management Accountant Program.

Yen is a Manager of Corporate Accounting responsible for the review and consolidation of financial records for the Niagara Industrial Portfolio from our third party property managers.
Yen was formerly a Manager of Property Accounting at ING Real Estate Canada. Yen led a team of professional accountants responsible for issuance of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for a portfolio comprised of retail, office, and industrial properties across Canada. Yen was also instrumental in special projects for process improvement and accounting policies and procedures. Prior to this, Yen was an Accounting Coordinator at Oxford Properties Group.
Yen graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and earned her Certified General Accountant designation in 2001.
Valerie Ridley

Valerie is the Senior Fund Accountant responsible for supporting the Controller in consolidating detailed financial records from our third party property managers and other administrative functions within the Company.
Valerie was formerly a Senior Property Accountant at Oxford Properties Group. Valerie was responsible for the financial statements, budgets, quarterly reforecasts and cash distributions for her portfolio which comprised of over 1M square feet of office and retail space in downtown Toronto.
Valerie graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and is pursuing the Certified General Accounting designation.
Minh Tran

Minh is the Senior Fund Accountant responsible for supporting the Controller in consolidating detailed financial records from our third party property managers and other administrative functions within the Company.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Minh spent 5 years working at Oxford Properties Group, most recently as Accounting Coordinator. Minh's responsibilities included supervising and training junior accounting staff, preparing financial statements, budgets, reforecasts and cash distributions for his portfolio of over 2M square feet of office and retail space in downtown Toronto and Vancouver.
Minh graduated from Centennial College with a three-year diploma in Business & Accounting.
Kevin Griffith

Kevin is the Income Fund Accountant responsible for supporting the Manager of Finance of our Income Fund in the review and consolidation of detailed financial statements from our third party managers and other administrative functions within the Fund.
Kevin was formerly a Senior Property Accountant at Ivanhoe Cambridge for 5 years. Kevin was responsible for preparing financial statements, reforecasts and budgets for his portfolio which consisted of over 3 million square feet of retail space in Ontario. Prior to this, Kevin held a position as a Property Accountant at Smart Centres.
Kevin graduated from York University with a Bachelor in Administrative Studies and obtained his Certified General Accountant designation in 2008.
Ashwani Plaha

Ash has worked in the Property Management industry for the past 10 years, most recently as a Senior Property Accountant for ING Real Estate.

Michael Ishmael

Michael is the Senior Property Accountant responsible for KingSett’s Development properties.
Michael was formerly a Property Accountant at ING Real Estate Canada before moving to Development Accountant in July 2010. Michael was responsible for the financial statements and budgets for his portfolio in Western Canada.
Michael graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and earned his Certified Management Accountant designation in 2010.
Dianne Wilson

Dianne is a Senior Property Accountant responsible for supporting the Manager, Corporate Accounting in consolidating detailed financial records from our third party property managers and other administrative functions within the Company.
Dianne was formerly a Senior Property Accountant at ING Real Estate. For over 8 years Dianne was responsible for reviewing financial statements, budgets, GST/HST/QST dealings, and overseeing a portfolio which comprises over 2M square feet of Retail and Industrial space in the Eastern and Central regions of Quebec and Ontario.
Dianne graduated from George Brown College with a Business Administration Diploma and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting at Ryerson University.

Tammy is the Corporate Accountant responsible for providing accounting support to the Controller and other administrative functions.
Tammy was formerly a Senior City Accountant with Imperial Parking Canada Corporation, one of North America's largest parking operators. Over 5 years, she played an integral role in maintaining parking management transactions and financial records on behalf of many Landlords and Property Managers throughout the Toronto Region, as well as the Eastern Regions of Canada.
Tammy graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management with a major in Accounting and is actively pursuing the Certified General Accounting designation.
Ethelene Dowling

Ethelene Dowling is responsible for accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliation and other accounting administrative duties for the Niagara Portfolio.
Prior to joining Kingsett, Ethelene spent 6 years at ING Real Estate as an Accounts Payable Supervisor. Ethelene oversaw the work of four accounts payable clerks and was responsible for a centralized accounts payable department, as well as other financial and administrative duties.
Ethelene graduated from George Brown College with a Business Administration Diploma.

Kathy Anderson is the Executive Assistant for Jon Love.
Kathy is responsible for the management of all internal administrative processes at KingSett Capital. Her administrative experience with Enterprise Property Group and O&Y Enterprise provides the team with a very broad set of skills. Her experience included executive support, corporate event coordination, client liaison, and a vast array of administrative and accounting duties.
Kathy joined KingSett Capital as a key member of the KingSett team in July 2002.
Jennifer Edmunds

Jennifer Edmunds is an Executive Assistant for KingSett Capital and works to support the Finance and Administration and Portfolio Management Teams. She is currently pursuing the Canadian Securities Course.
Jennifer graduated with an honour's Bachelor degree from Queen's University in April 2008, having majored in English Literature. Jennifer joined the KingSett team in August 2008.

Kathy Fisher provides Executive Assistance to the Partner, Finance and Administration as well as supporting the Finance and Mortgage Investment Teams.
Previously, Kathy supported members of the Executive team at Oxford Properties Group. Her range of administrative skills culminates from experience in various sectors including legal, financial, municipal government, customer service and not-for-profit. Kathy joined KingSett in November, 2011.
Loraine Digby

Loraine Digby is the Executive Assistant for George Geracimo and Yves Cloutier at the Montreal office.
Since 1993, Loraine has worked in various administrative capacities in the Property Management department of several real estate firms such as Canderel, Oxford, Summit REIT and ING Real Estate. In 2007 she took on the responsibilities of lease administration and corporate accounting duties.
Loraine has a DEC in Office Systems Technology from Vanier College and joined the KingSett team in November 2010.
Elaine Clancy

Elaine is an Administrative Assistant with KingSett Capital. Her past experience includes Corporate Reception and Administration with ING Real Estate Canada.
Prior to her work with ING she worked for a private property management and investment firm for 10 years. Her work involved management of the company’s mutual fund back office, processing daily trades and dealing with mutual fund companies and investors. She also provided support for senior executives and more than 15 financial planners and 4 branch offices.
Elaine joined KingSett Capital in November 2010.
