Sarina’s role at KingSett is to underwrite, complete due diligence and fund loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types.
Sarina was formerly a Property Associate at a privately-held real estate firm based in Toronto, where she was responsible for managing aportfolio of industrial assets in Ontario, along with providing underwriting and due diligence support on transactions. Prior to this, Sarina was on the Real Estate Finance team at Sobeys, where she gained exposure to retail assets. Her duties included preparation of financial models, periodic reporting and post-investment review for real estate projects.
Sarina holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Finance from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
