Charlie is a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, responsible for preparing and reviewing financial models for investment analyses, forecasting and covenant compliance.
Prior to his current role, Charlie was a Director of Finance, Properties at KingSett, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash and debt management, and leads a team of Managers of Finance, Properties.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Charlie was a Manager of Finance with Manulife. He worked in the Private Markets group of Manulife Asset Management, dealing primarily with a Singapore REIT and other alternative investment assets. His responsibilities included overseeing the financial and management reporting for a diverse portfolio of both real estate and non-real estate assets.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant.
