Brian is responsible for the financing and capital for all CMHC multifamily loans.
Brian has held successive roles within KingSett and was previously responsible for underwriting, completing due diligence, and funding loans for multifamily residential properties across Canada. Prior to joining KingSett, Brian was formerly an Analyst in the Securitized Products Origination group at BMO Capital Markets, where he supported the origination and structuring of asset-backed securities across a variety of industries.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a specialization in Finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
