Valhalla Village – Affordable Housing

Comprised of a 10 and 29-storey purpose-built rental building, Phase 1 of Valhalla Village will deliver over 390 residential units, 40% of which will be affordable, to the Bloor St. W. & East Mall area. The project is targeting Zero Carbon and will be participating in the new WiredScore Multi-Residential Certification Program. In addition, the site is zoned to allow for a second phase to be constructed at a later date.
