Manager, Investment & Fund Analysis
KingSett is seeking a Manager of Investment and Fund Analysis to join the Toronto team reporting to the Director of Finance. This role will be responsible for owning, creating and improving models used by the Fund teams, including those for investment metrics, distribution, and capital models for investment analyses, forecasting and covenant compliance. The successful candidate will also develop ad hoc models for transaction and sensitivity analyses.

Director, Finance
KingSett is seeking a Director, Finance to join the Toronto team reporting to the VP Finance. This role will be responsible for overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting produced by the Fund Core Accounting team, as well as any transactions and deliverables to support fund operations, including acquisitions and dispositions. The successful incumbent will be a key resource for the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will be internally integrated with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, investment, asset management, and property finance.
Director, Mortgage Investments
Reporting to the Managing Director, Mortgage Investments, the successful candidate would join our team as a Director, Mortgage Investments. The primary responsibility of the Director is to identify, source and structure mortgage investments for Kingsett’s Senior Mortgage Fund or High Yield Fund.
