Adam Balaban

Adam has held successive roles within the organization and was previously responsible for underwriting, due diligence and funding of loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types. Prior to KingSett, Adam was an Associate at Roy-L Capital Corporation, a private investment company based in Toronto, where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting private debt and equity real estate investments across all asset classes. Prior to this, Adam was an Analyst in Wells Fargo’s Middle Market Banking Group where he was responsible for underwriting and funding loans to publicly traded and privately held companies in diversified industries including commercial real estate.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Charterholder.
