Bryce’s role at KingSett involves sourcing commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.
Previously, Bryce served as Vice President, Mortgage Finance at a private commercial mortgage lender, where he sourced senior and subordinate debt transactions nationwide. With six years of experience in mortgage origination and lending, Bryce has been involved in over $1.0 billion in transaction volume. He has a thorough understanding of senior and junior debt structures for income-producing properties, as well as development and construction projects.
Bryce holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in Finance from the University of Western Ontario and is also a CFA Charterholder.
