David is responsible for sourcing, structuring and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of real estate opportunities across Canada.
Before joining KingSett in 2024, David worked at a global real estate investment manager on the investments team, responsible for acquisitions and dispositions in Canada across all asset classes. Prior to that, David worked at a global commercial real estate brokerage in the Vancouver office.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Real Estate.
