Emma is responsible for the accounting, reporting, and budgeting for a portfolio of varied properties.
Prior to joining KingSett Capital, Emma was a Manager, Finance at Instar Asset Management where she was responsible for full cycle accounting duties, capital calls and distributions, tax compliance and financial reporting for various funds and co-investments. Prior to her role at Instar, Emma was a Manager, Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she led and performed financial statement audits for both public and private entities in the real estate industry.
Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
