Ines’ role at KingSett is to underwrite, complete due diligence, and fund loans for multifamily residential properties across Canada.
Prior to joining KingSett, Ines was a Senior Analyst at CMLS Financial. At CMLS, she worked on the CMHC ACLP (Apartment Construction Loan Program). During this time, she was responsible for underwriting various types of new multi-family and mixed-use construction projects across Canada, focusing on affordable housing.
Ines holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.
