Stephen provides underwriting and financial support to KingSett’s investments team.
Stephen was formerly with the Real Estate Group at RBC Capital Markets where he was a member of the Property Brokerage Team responsible for detailed property underwriting, market analysis, and preparing confidential information memorandums with a focus on office, retail and industrial assets in major markets across Canada. Prior to joining RBC, Stephen was an Analyst with GWL Realty Advisors working with the Investments Team and Multi-Residential Asset Management Team.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA® charter holder.
