Will’s role at KingSett is to source commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.
Will was formerly an Associate on KingSett’s Mortgage Underwriting & Funding team where he was responsible for underwriting, completing due diligence, and funding loans across all asset classes. Prior to that, Will was a Senior Associate within Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Corporate & Investment Banking team in Toronto, where he was responsible for financing a variety of loan types across all asset classes within Canada and the United States.
Will holds a M.S. in Business Analytics, and an Honours degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder.
