Assets in our Core Income Fund are located in transit-focused nodes with high-street retail, and a focus on growing cash flows and long-term value enhancement. Assets owned by our Growth Funds are value-add opportunities through repositioning or redevelopment. Through creative leasing, active management and sustainable operations, the goal for the office portfolio is to achieve premium risk weighted returns for our investors.
