Felix provides underwriting and financial support to KingSett’s investments team.
Felix was formerly an Associate on KingSett’s Mortgage Investments team responsible for underwriting, completing due diligence and funding loans for a variety of commercial and residential asset types. Prior to joining KingSett, Felix was an Associate in the North American Real Estate Group, Corporate Banking, at BMO Capital Markets where he was responsible for the underwriting and management of various secured and unsecured financing facilities for REITs, funds, builders and developers across Canada.
Felix holds a Master of Financial Economics degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
