Jonathan’s role at KingSett is to source commercial and residential mortgage loan investments across Canada.
Jonathan was formerly an Associate, Mortgage Underwriting & Funding at KingSett. Prior to joining KingSett, Jonathan was a Senior Account Manager in TD Bank’s National Real Estate Group, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and funding development and construction financings across southern Ontario. Prior to this, Jonathan was an Associate in TD Securities Corporate Banking Real Estate Group where he was responsible for the underwriting and funding of loans for REITs, funds, and large developers across North America.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Economics from Cornell University, and an MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
