Naser is responsible for sourcing CMHC-insured multifamily loans and associated bridge, acquisition, or second mortgage loan opportunities.
Naser joined KingSett’s Toronto office in 2021 and relocated to the Vancouver office in 2022. Prior to KingSett, Naser was a Vice President for RBC Capital Markets in their Global Investment Banking division (Real Estate industry group). Naser brings to KingSett significant experience financing Canadian real estate along with a comprehensive understanding of CMHC products and policies.
Naser is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
